We are a leading supplier of security and surveillance systems in China for over dozens of years, offer services with security solutions for clients worldwide include the USA, EU,Middle East, Africa market etc.

Our offerings include product sales, technical support, system design, and commissioning of devices such as access control, time & attendance, gate barriers, turnstiles, CCTV, smart locks, and related accessories.

These Terms govern your use of the Site, placing orders, and related services. Separate service contracts, quotes, or agreements may also apply for maintenance or support.

 

2. Use of the Site

You must use the Site in a lawful manner and abide by all applicable local laws (your area law) and regulations.

You must not use the Site to transmit any harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content (e.g. malware, spam).

You must not attempt to access restricted or unauthorized sections of the Site or interfere with the Site’s functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Site.

3. Products, Services & Orders

3.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and availability on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, errors or omissions may occur. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of such content.

3.2 Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order via the Site or via direct communication is subject to our acceptance.

An order confirmation by us constitutes acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (in whole or in part) at our discretion.

Pricing is in USD otherwise noted.

Payment terms, delivery timelines, shipment schedules, and contract terms must be agreed upon prior to execution.

3.3 Shipment, Maintenance & Support

Services such as shipment, import tax( charged by local custom is client’s duty if any), and maintenance are governed by separate work orders, contracts, or agreements.

Our technical support will be provided as per the terms agreed in those service contracts or as per the manufacturer’s warranty (ciecoo offered 1 year full warranty).

 

3.4 Warranty & Returns

Warranty for products is as per the manufacturer’s terms  as ciecoo promised 1 year.

Claims, repairs, replacements, or returns must comply with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions and our internal policies.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or external factors.
